Pool Repairs to Begin First Week of April
The Board of Trustees has contracted commercial swimming pool builder, Bill Bonner of Aqua Artists, www.aquaartists.us, to begin the repairs and renovations to the swimming pool the first week of April. Construction is expected to last about two weeks and the Board plans to open the pool promptly upon completion.

- Apply sunscreen 15 minutes before swimming
- Shower before swimming
- Wear proper swimming attire
- Dress small children in swim diapers
- Take children on frequent restroom breaks
- Change diapers in restroom Wash hands after using toilet or changing diapers
APC Reminder
With the approach of the warmer spring and summer months, the Architectural & Protective Committee (APC) sends the following reminder from the Goldenwood West Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs) regarding recreational vehicles:
Article VII, Paragraph 14 states: “Motor homes, recreational house trailers, horse trailers, truck campers, boats, boat trailers, recreational vehicles of any type kept on a Lot shall be kept within a garage or in such a manner as to not be visible from neighboring property.”
The committee reminds property owners that the CCRs are in place to protect the property values in our neighborhood and encourages property owners to communicate with the APC if there is a need to temporarily bring a recreational vehicle onto a lot. The next APC meeting will be held on April 14, 2011 at 6:30 PM at the pavilion and all property owners are welcome to attend.
Neighborhood E-mail Network
Property owner and former Board member Margaret Paine serves as the webmaster for the neighborhood’s website and also maintains the neighborhood e-mail network along with property owner and former Board member Rick Bondurant. The e-mail network informs property owners of Neighborhood Watch alerts, local events, news, lost pets, snake sightings, water outages etc. If you are not already receiving neighborhood e-mails and would like to, please send an e-mail to gww@zpgraphic.com.
e-Statement Program
Seventy-six GWW property owners are receiving this month’s statements through the e-Statement program. This service saves POA dollars on paper, ink, postage and employee wages. To date, the e-Statement Program sends monthly e-mails which include a statement of account, the new gate code to the pool and tennis court if changing, the monthly Items of Interest if published and any notices or messages from the GWW Board of Trustees and POA office. To sign up for the e-Statement Program and opt out of regular mail mailings from the POA office, please contact the administrator.
Garage Sale
One property owner has contacted the POA office with interest in assisting with a spring garage sale. If any property owners are interesting in organizing a sale, please contact the Administrator.
