Pool Open – Please Follow “Best Pool Practices”
The Board of Trustees has opened the pool for the swimming season! Our new pool service company, Aqua Artists, was able to perform maintenance on the pool plumbing lines and filter and reopen the pool for the summer. The Board is proceeding very cautiously and keeping options open for future overhauls or upgrades.
In order to keep the pool clean and open, the Board asks all property owners to please follow the "Best Pool Practices". All of the practices are written to limit the number of pollutants that come into the pool and quickly fill the filter.
-Apply sunscreen 15 minutes before swimming
-Shower before swimming
-Wear proper swimming attire
-Dress small children in swim diapers
-Take children on frequent restroom breaks
-Change diapers in restroom
-Wash hands after using toilet or changing diapers
Snakes Sighted in Landscaping Beds
The Board of Trustees cautions property owners about entering the planting beds around the pavilion, snakes have been spotted in the area. The Board plans to trim some of the larger plants that may offer cover to snakes, but the Board also asks that property owners exercise caution and watch for snakes hiding under landscaping.
Gate Code Change
The gate code to the pool and tennis court will change this month on June 5th. In order to keep our pool and tennis court secure for our property owners, the Board will begin changing the gate combination on a monthly basis in June, please keep this number confidential. The code will change on the 5th of each month and the new code will be printed on the statements of all property owners in good standing (accounts no more than 30 days past due).
