Planning for 2011 POA Budget
The Board of Trustees reports that the recent repairs to the pool are delivering a successful swim season. In preparation for the coming year and potential upgrades to keep the pool in good working order, while also setting aside funds for future improvements, the Board is considering raising dues in 2011 to $25 per lot per month. The Board plans to discuss the potential increase at the next BOT Meeting scheduled for September 20, 2010 at 7:15 PM at the pavilion. Property owners are invited to attend and present any ideas or concerns to the Board during the “Open Forum” portion of the meeting.
4th of July Parade & Picnic Thanks
The Board of Trustees thanks Mark & Julie Spelman for hosting the annual GWW 4th of July Parade & Picnic; their generous efforts in decorating the pavilion and cooking for the neighborhood are greatly appreciated. Also, thanks to all who attended and visited with neighbors and brought and shared wonderful food dishes.
New Edition of GWW News Available Online
The latest edition of the GWW News, edited by Rabbi Raine Teller, was released last week to subscribers via email. Paper copies are available at the mail station and an online edition will soon be available on the Goldenwood West website, www.GoldenwoodWestPOA.org. Gate Code Change
The gate code to the pool and tennis court will change this month on August 5th. In order to keep our pool and tennis court secure for our property owners, the Board is changing the code monthly during the summer months, please keep this number confidential. The code will change on the 5th of each month and the new code will be printed on the statements of all property owners in good standing (accounts no more than 30 days past due). The new code is printed in this month’s statements. If you would like the code emailed to you each month, sign up for e-statements: Administrator@GoldenwoodWestPOA.org.

Sixty-two Goldenwood West property owners are receiving e-statements this month which is saving the POA money on paper, ink and postage.
